An iconic brand to savour

Made by Findus, Sofficini offer a complete experience of taste and fun.

This is also thanks to the friendly character Carletto, who has always accompanied the brand with a light-hearted tone of voice close to consumers. But what really sets Sofficini apart is their unmistakable filling, unique to each product: a range of eight tasty variants, all sharing extra-stretchy mozzarella.

Known mainly for its family target, with the Sofficini line the brand has created a genuine product category, now more than familiar to the public.

In a market where private label is becoming increasingly present, our work was to create a project that would greatly enhance the brand’s value, with the goal of achieving greater impact, visibility, and consequently recognition in supermarkets.

The colourful Sofficini restyling

The defining elements of this major restyling by RBA Design are: the bold logo, which takes on a new central role, almost reaffirming the brand’s undisputed leadership in the savoury pancake segment; a cleaner, simpler visual ensuring a smooth reading order and overall harmony across the pack; and finally a high-impact colour system of cheerful, bright colours that clearly differentiate the various Sofficini flavours.

The work continues on the back, which features the character and the promotions that change over time, a hallmark of the brand’s commercial policy.

A work that maintains a continuity of brand style and language, making it more modern, lively and impactful on the shelf.

The Fun Meals storytelling

Carletto has become a true mascot, inseparable from the Sofficini Findus brand and well known and loved by the brand’s audience for his friendliness and liveliness.

For this reason, to mark the character’s 25th anniversary, the company decided to develop a brand stretching project with a line dedicated to him (“Carletto Presenta”), which does not include Sofficini but features products such as supplì, croquettes, pizza, fries and chicken nuggets.

The aim was to ensure the uniqueness and exclusivity of these tasty products. Almost like a show to be enjoyed, Carletto, dressed as a host, presents the new products, this time in a pack with an alternative background colour, unique to the whole line, clearly evoking family evenings full of genuine laughter and a good film to watch together.

A link to Sofficini was maintained through the diagonal logotype treatment of the product name.

The Fun Meals become, in this way, that extra element to share, inviting people to buy it with a particularly engaging visual and storytelling.

Two creative concepts that translate into an explosion of colour and joy, both featuring shapes and graphic signs that lightly and playfully highlight all the deliciousness of these iconic Findus products.

[17
post-2783","work","type-work","status-publish","hentry","categoria-work-packaging

Sofficini Findus: nuovo packaging design -
