As we have said many times in the past, working on rebranding projects is always one of the most exciting challenges for our creative hub. It is one of those occasions where different teams work together, bringing different but often complementary skills and perspectives, and allowing us to support our clients in transforming an embryonic vision into a concrete and successful reality.

And that’s exactly how we approached – and completed – the rebranding project for Riso Grazia, a leading reality in the production of Vialone nano rice in Italy. From the very beginning, it was immediately clear that this would not be a simple facelift, but a true and complete revolution of the brand, which aimed to reposition itself in a clear, modern and distinctive way, honoring and valuing an excellent product.

The message at the heart of this new positioning? The so-called “gentle processing,” patented to Riso Grazia preserve the integrity of the grain instead of “stressing it” as is done during traditional processing. A process, indeed, that is “gentle”: towards the rice, towards the product and towards the final quality.

The challenge for our team was to convey this message through packaging and the website. The key choice was to keep the eagle as the brand’s identity element, incorporating it into a more minimalist, clean and contemporary design, with a strong emphasis on the product features and supported by a clear narrative about “gentle processing” directly on the packaging.

All the details of the pack have been designed to further strengthen this positioning – from the sandy and pastel shades of the colors to the ecological cardboard used as material, to create a sense of authenticity and naturalness.

The pack is no longer solely an aesthetic tool – it becomes a true synthesis of the brand's history, both in terms of visuals and copy.

The website has also been redesigned in line with the new visual identity of Riso Grazia, enhancing the product and its new positioning, and strengthening the brand’s role as the leader of Vialone rice.

The work on is Riso Grazia one of the many examples of total rebranding made in RBA Design, where design, strategy and storytelling work together to create a final result of great value.
