Viola Tocchi, a junior designer with a rich academic and professional background, has recently joined RBA Design; this has led her, among other things, to study Product Design at the prestigious Central Saint Martins in London and to work for various fashion houses.
Viola had already had the opportunity to get to know our creative hub during a previous internship experience, and her return is emblematic of one of the core characteristics of our agency: the concrete and constant commitment to cultivating young talent.
“Since I returned to RBA Design as a junior designer,” confirms Viola, “I have had the opportunity to re-encounter familiar faces as well as to meet new members of the team. The common denominator, however, remains the young, dynamic and welcoming environment that I found years ago during my internship.”
At the agency, Viola deals with everything visual – from the redesign of logos to the layout of brochures to communication. This leads her to regularly collaborate with various figures, from the social team to the strategists, and this is an aspect that Viola very much appreciates.
“The coexistence of junior and senior professionals,” he says, “has never made me feel inferior; on the contrary. For me, it’s a very effective way to grow, learn and improve, always feeling supported and encouraged. I believe that this is what the value of RBA Design is: combining different perspectives and experiences that inspire projects of great success.”
During this second experience in the agency, Viola hopes to build a relationship of close collaboration with the different teams, which will lead her to hone her managerial, organizational, and communication skills, in order to become a self-sufficient and versatile senior designer.
We can only wish Viola all the best and renew our welcome to RBA Design!
