Did you know that over 80% of the RBA staff are young talents under 30 years old? It is therefore not surprising that our senior team is constantly looking for new talent, and the IED Career Fair is one of the perfect events to get to know up close the fresh, different, and stimulating perspectives of the students of one of the most well-known and appreciated design schools in Italy.

October 8th was the day of the fair dedicated to RBA and it represented a very valuable opportunity to present our agency, tell about our way of doing branding and design, and offer practical experiences to the many students we met.

Once again, RBA designsi has demonstrated its interest not only in discovering the skills, perspectives, and talents of the new generation in our industry, but also its strong commitment to creating a work environment that combines the dynamism – especially in the digital sphere – of young people with the vast expertise, often multi-decade in length, of senior professionals.

The result? A homogeneous, inspired and constantly growing team, always ready to face new challenges with that mix of creativity, strategy, planning and execution that has always been part of our DNA.
