After the recent arrival of Luciano from Brazil and Sara from England to the agency, today we announce that the RBA team has grown even more! This time, we are talking about two talented former students who have just completed their master’s degree in Graphic Design at the IED in Milan: the junior social media manager Valentina Camporese, from Padua, and the junior social designer Alessia Marchini, from Parma. Both of them will strengthen the communication team led by our creative director, Luca Franco.

The selection was made thanks to the continued partnership with IED, which this year also dedicated a day to RBA to present our agency to the students, allowing us to meet so many talented people and identify the perfect matches.

Once again, RBA is committed to the research and recruitment of the best minds in the fields of branding and design, as well as the constant integration between experienced professionals and new talent who bring dynamism and skills to managing the digital world.
